Suga N Spicer Creations DOES NOT accept returns. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING your order via email at sns@suganspicercreations.com Please include pictures of the item, along with the invoice for the order. If you do not email WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING the order, we will not be able to process a potential store credit. Refunds are processed for orders that we CANNOT fulfill.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
